Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is an action-adventure game based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. The game was developed by Insomniac Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It was released for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in November 2020.

The game is set in the Marvel Universe and follows Miles Morales, a teenager who gains superpowers after being bitten by a radioactive spider. When the criminal organization known as the Inner Demons begins terrorizing New York City, Miles must use his new powers to stop them.

The game is played from a third-person perspective and features an open-world environment. Players can use Miles' abilities to traverse the world and fight enemies. The game also features a crafting system, allowing players to create gadgets and weapons.

The graphics and visuals are beautiful, and the game is a joy to play. The combat is fluid, and the open world is vast and filled with things to do.

There are a few downsides, however. The game can be glitchy at times. I’ve had it freeze up on me a couple of times. And the combat can be a bit repetitive. But overall, these are minor complaints.

I absolutely loved Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. It’s a great sequel to an already great game. If you’re a fan of Spider-Man, or just a fan of good video games, I highly recommend checking it out.

Pros:
  • Great graphics
  • Miles is a likable protagonist
  • Interesting story.
Cons:
  • Glitchy at times.
